Warner Bros Japan Anime has announced that an isekai animated series based on Suicide Squad will begin production on June 27th. Three episodes will be available on this day. In the US, the show will be broadcast on Max and Hulu.
In this show, familiar heroes of the DC universe find themselves in a fantasy world with orcs, dragons and others.
The anime was directed by Eri Osada (Jujutsu Kaisen). The script was written by Tappei Nagatsuki (Re:Zero kara Hajimeru Isekai Seikatsu) and Eiji Umehara (Vivy Prototype).
