Zoro

The War of Onigashima, which will almost certainly bring the ONE PIECE series' story arc set in the Land of Wa to a close, directly involves Luffy and Zoro in an epic fight with the two Emperors Kaido and Big Mom, and in the last chapter written, Eiichiro Oda has decided to reveal a new swordsman technique.

Without a doubt, this struggle for ocean dominance between the old and new generations of pirates is one of the most significant revolts in the Grand Line's history, and it will undoubtedly have ramifications for the Mugiwara adventure's future, as well as the crews of Trafalgar Law and Eustass Kidd, Luffy's allies in the Yonko combat.

Zoro managed to inflict a great wound on the captain of the Pirates of the Hundred Beasts before the spectacular end of Chapter 1010, in which the protagonist asks the others to let him face Kaido directly, manipulating, though unknowingly, the Ambition of the Conqueror King. As you can see in the image below, the swordsman delivered an incredibly powerful blow known as Dead Man's Game, which stunned both the Emperor and Law.

Zoro admits that he has no idea what Kaido is talking about when he asks if he can use the "Color of the Conqueror King," and that he used all of his strength in that one attack, hoping he had done enough to give the others a chance to continue the war.

This is a great progress toward Zoro's goal of being the greatest swordsman in the world.
